How much do locksmith courses cost in Malaysia at Inpixel?
Inpixel’s locksmith courses cost RM3,000 (Basic, 2 days), RM11,000 (Advanced, 3 days) and RM15,000 (Automotive, 4 days) per person. Every fee includes training materials, practical consumables and a certificate of completion; the Advanced and Automotive courses also include 1 year of WhatsApp technical support. Meals are not included.

Which locksmith course should I take first?
Start with the Basic Locksmith Course if you are new to the trade. If you already work as a locksmith, go straight to the Advanced course for opening, decoding and smart locks, or the Automotive course for car keys, smart keys and programming.
Booking is simple: WhatsApp us, pay a 50% deposit to reserve your seat, then agree your course dates with us. Classes run in the Klang Valley, with the venue confirmed when you book.

How to start a locksmith business in Malaysia
How do I become a locksmith in Malaysia?
Locksmithing in Malaysia is a practical, skills-based trade. The fastest route is hands-on training in key cutting, lock fitting, autogate and access systems, then taking real jobs while you keep learning. With the right tools and a little stock you can start part-time and grow into a full shop.
Do I need a licence or qualification to work as a locksmith?
There is no national locksmith licensing exam you must pass to start working in Malaysia — what matters is hands-on competence and the right equipment. Our course gives you both, plus a certificate of completion. (This is an Inpixel Marketing certificate of completion, not a government-accredited qualification.)
What tools and supplies do I need to start?
At minimum: a key-cutting machine, a range of key blanks, basic hand tools, and fast-moving stock such as padlocks, RFID access cards and autogate remotes. Because Inpixel also supplies these, we can bundle them with your course so you finish training ready to take jobs.
How much does it cost to start a locksmith business in Malaysia?
Your main start-up costs are training, a starter tool kit and a little initial stock — far lower than most retail businesses. As Inpixel both trains and supplies, we can bundle all three to suit your budget; contact us for current package pricing.
How long before I can take paying jobs?
Many trainees handle simple key-cutting and lock jobs within a couple of days of hands-on training, then build up to automotive and smart-lock work. Start with the Basic Locksmith Course, then add Automotive or Smart Lock as you grow.

Yes — Inpixel locksmith course graduates receive a certificate of completion from Inpixel Marketing. It is not a government-accredited or JPK/MQA qualification. Fees start from RM3,000 (Basic course).
